3-6 dozen doughnut holes (raised doughnut holes)
1 Cup cream
2 Cups light or dark corn syrup
1/4-1/2 Cup poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cream and corn syrup over medium heat until it boils (stirring frequently). Then remove from heat add let cool slightly. Add poppy seeds to the mixture and then pour over the doughnut holes.

Note: Do NOT substitute cake doughnut holes as they fall apart when syrup is poured over them.

Best place to get raised doughnut holes is the Melo Glaze Bakery in Mpls. order in advance.
