3/4 cup plain yogurt or buttermilk
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 tsp curry powder
1 clove garlic, finely chopped or minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts or 6-8 thighs

Use gallon zipper bag for marinating and freezing.

Place all ingredients except chicken in a bag, stir or whisk to combine. Add chicken pieces, seal the bag and massage gently to combine and distribute ingredients.

Marinate for 2 to 8 hours in the refrigerator if cooking the same day, or freeze immediately.

To thaw and serve:
Defrost in tray or dish for 1-2 days in fridge or same day on counter. Grill the thawed chicken, turning once, until cooked through.
