1 (5 ounce) jar dried beef (also called chipped beef, can be found in a glass jar next to canned meat at store)
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
12 ounces cream cheese
1 Tbsp garlic salt
2 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 bunch green onions, slices thinly

Directions:
Rinse and separate the dried beef and tear into small pieces. heat the sour cream and cream cheese in a saucepan over low heat until comined. Add the garlic salt, Worcestershire and green onions; cook over low heat for a few more minutes.Serve with bread chunks or crackers.

It's best to serve in a hollowed out round or oblong loaf of shepard's or French bread. Tear or cut hollowed out bread into cubes.

This is one of our all-time favorite appetizer recipes. We must have it at least once during Christmas or New Year's or Jeff gets cranky.
