1 (15 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

Time: 10 mins plus chilling

Stir sour cream and pudding together, whisking quickly. Add un-drained pineapple and Cool Whip. Chill until set.

The Fromlaths had this side dish at most family gatherings. It wasn't Thanksgiving or Christmas without green gunk! While it's sweet, it was used as a side more than a dessert, but to each their own!
