4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
8-1/2 ounce jar of julienned sun dried tomatoes
4 garlic cloves, sliced thin
2 Tbsp dried basil
Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Time: 45 mins

Preheat over to 375F. Place the chicken breasts in a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with the dry spices and mix well. Sprinkle the sliced garlic on top and spread the sun dried tomatoes and the olive oil that's in the jar over the chicken.

Seal tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

(Keep an eye on your chicken, you may need to adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the breasts.)
