1 cup honey
1 cup rice cereal
1 cup dry milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup coconut

You also need: measuring cup, large bowl, wooden spoon, waxed paper and a cookie sheet.

Directions:
Directions:
Measure the honey, rice cereal, dry milk, and peanut butter into a large bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon until well mixed. Spread the coconut on waxed paper.
Shape the dough mixture into small balls and roll in the coconut until covered on all sides. Place the balls on the cookie sheet. Put in the refrigerator for half an hour or more before serving.

This is another recipe that pre-schoolers love. They can help with the mixing, and can make the dough into little balls and roll them in the coconut. It is fun to make these during a snow storm or a study of "winter."
