Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
4 thin slices of ham (I like deli-thin)
1 t dried crushed basil leaves
1/2 t seasoned salt
1/4 t seasoned pepper
1/4 t garlic powder
fresh lemon or lime juice
Paprika (I like chipoltle)

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine all the spices, set aside.
Place chicken between wax paper and pound to 1/4 inch thickness. Sprinkle seasonings over each breast, top with a slice of ham. Roll up beginning with the smaller end.
Place rolls seam side down in a baking dish. Drizzle with lemon or lime juice, sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. (Depending on the thickness of the chicken and your oven temp.) You can cook a little longer to be sure it's done and a little brown.
Chill and slice into 1/4 inch rounds.
