4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
16 oz. whipping cream
1 block cream cheese
1/2 C grated Parmesan
chopped parsley
Fresh mushrooms, if desired
Cooked noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Pound breasts with salt and pepper. Brown in butter until done. Remove the breasts and add whipping cream to drippings in pan. Simmer until reduced to about half. Add cream cheese, Parm, parsley, fresh ground pepper and mushrooms.
Serve over noodles.
