1 Fryer or hen, cut up
1 onion, coarsely chopped
3 ribs celery
3 C flour
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 T butter
1/2 C milk
1 egg
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cover chicken with water, add onion and celery. Cover and simmer until done. Let cool and de-bone.
Mix 1 1/2-2 C flour, baking powder, salt and butter together. Mix until flour and butter is pea sized. Add lightly beaten egg and milk and mix until it makes a sticky ball. Turn out on floured board and knead in remaining flour. Roll out to 1/8 inch thick. Cut strips about 3 inches by one inch. Heat stock to a rolling boil and drop strips in. Put lid on and simmer 25 minutes. Add chicken and soup to stock and season to taste with chicken bouillon, and pepper.
