2 lb. ground deer meat
1/4 t salt
1/4 t garlic powder
1/2 t coarse ground black pepper
1 T Liquid Smoke
1 T mustard seed
2 T Tender Quick
3/4 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Roll into two rolls. Sprinkle with black pepper. Wrap each roll in aluminum foil. Refrigerate 24 hours. Remove foil. Place on broiler pan to catch drippings. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cool, rewrap in foil and freeze to store.
