8 slices bacon
6 C fresh sweet corn (8 ears), sliced off the cob
1 C diced onion
1/2 C chopped green pepper
1 block cream cheese, cubed
1/2 C Half and Half
1 t sugar
1 t salt
1 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp, crumble. Reserve 2 T drippings and sauté corn and veggies until tender, about 6 min. Add cream cheese and Half and Half, stirring until cream cheese melts. Stir in sugar, salt and pepper. Top with more crumbled bacon and serve.
