2 sticks of butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 6 oz. bag semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
1 sleeve of saltine crackers (more or less)

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 13 X 9 inch pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray or coat with butter. Lay saltine crackers in the bottom of the pan (one layer with sides touching.)
Combine butter and brown sugar in a sauce pan. Stir constantly until it boils and becomes frothy. When you think it is done, cook it some more! It should get to a very hard ball stage.
Preheat oven to 350º.
Pour sugar mixture over crackers and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and cover with bag of chocolate chips. Spread as they melt. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Put into refrigerator to cool. Break into pieces.
