1 stick butter
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 bell pepper , chopped
2 packages frozen corn
5 fresh tomatoes (or can of steamed tomatoes)
1 package frozen cut okra ( 10 oz.)
2 teaspoons salt
fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat. Add chopped onion and green pepper and cook on medium until vegetables are limp.
Add corn and cover and cook for about 15 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes or canned tomatoes and okra. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 20 more minutes until heated through.
