Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 slices Nougat Bakery's Harvest bread
(this is a round loaf & very thinly sliced; use centre slices that are oval shaped and it is a light rye)

6 slices of very thinly sliced prosciutto
Thin slices of Fruilano cheese
(we buy a whole round of Fruilano at Grande Cheese, Orfus Road, Toronto...it melts really well and has more taste that mozzarella)

12 banana pepper rings (found in the pickle aisle of grocery store)
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Set out 4 slice of bread on counter
On one slice for each sandwich, put 3 slices of prosciutto on bread
Top with a thin layer of Fruilano cheese
Top cheese with 5 or 6 banana pepper rings
Put other slice of bread on top of each sandwich.

Heat a teflon pan on medium heat.

Butter one side of the sandwich and put in the pan.
Then butter the top side of the sandwich.
Grill as you would a grilled cheese sandwich...brown on one side; carefully flip sandwich over so that the cheese or peppers don't fall out; brown other side.
You may have to do this a couple of times to get the right colour and have the cheese melt.

Personal Notes:
This is a great sandwich for lunch. The prosciutto and the Fruilano cheese just make it a little nicer and the banana peppers add a nice punch. I like to serve this with Roasted-Tomato Basil Soup.
