1 head Lettuce, torn in small pieces
1 large can Mandarin oranges (drained)
1/2 lb Bacon, fried crisp, cooled and broken up
6 oz. Almonds, slivered (toasted in the bacon fat)
1 small can French fried onion rings

Dressing:
2 1/2 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp. Honey
1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1/3 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Layer first five ingredients in a bowl.

Heat dressing ingredients on low until sugar dissolves. Place in a jar or salad dressing shaker and cool.

Before serving, add 1/2 cup of oil (not olive oil) and shake until blended.

Right at serving time, add dressing to layered salad and toss.
