5 large eggs
1 2/3 c. whole milk
5 Tbsp. melted butter
1 2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Warm the popover pan before adding the batter. Whip eggs until frothy. Add melted butter and milk and mix well. Add flour and salt and stir until combined. Divide into popover pan. Fill each cup until slightly less than 1/2 full. Bake 45-55 minutes until puffy and browned.
