1 Six oz. pkg raspberry Jello
2 Cups Very hot water
1 Can jellied cranberry sauce
1 Cups crushed pineapple (Drained)
1 Cups chopped celery
¾ Cups chopped pecans
¾ Cups red wine or cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cranberry sauce and crush with fork. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 13 x 9 pan or 1 qt bowl or mold. Refrigerate.

Options: Use cranberry Jello, if available, if desired.

This was a frequent dish at family gatherings, especially Christmas. The recipe above was written on a card for her daughter, Melanie. Cranberry Jello can be substituted; they did not make that flavor back then.
