1 box German Chocolate Mix
⅔ c Pet milk
¾ c melted butter or margarine
½ c chopped nuts
6-oz. chocolate chips
114 oz. package Kraft caramels

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Kraft caramels and ⅓ cup Pet milk over double boiler, and set aside. Mix cake mix, 1/3 cup Pet milk, butter and nuts. Divide in half. Place half in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan, and bake at 350˚F for 6 minutes. Remove, and sprinkle with 6 oz. package of chocolate chips. Drizzle melted caramel over the chips. Use the remaining chocolate dough as a topping (drop by teaspoonfuls). Place in 350˚F oven for 16 minutes. Remove, and cool. At this point, you may place in refrigerator to chill and set the caramel layer. Do not leave in refrigerator. Cut into squares.
