1 T. Butter
1 c. Sugar
3 Eggs(slightly beaten)
1 c. Dark corn syrup ( or 1/2 c. light & 1/2 c. dark)
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Pecans (chopped)
1 c. Pecans halved

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar - add eggs, syrup, vanilla & chopped nuts. Add pecan halves on top. Put in pie shell & bake @ 350 30-45 minutes. (toothpick inserted in center will come out clean when pie is done.) If need to cook longer & crust getting too brown, cover with foil.
