Milk
Onions
Flour
Cheese
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cube up potatoes ( however many you want) put them in a baking dish, pour just enough milk to cover bottom of dish. Dice up some onions, mix them in with potatoes. Sprinkle little bit of flour on top of potatoes to help thicken it into a sauce. Sprinkle as much cheese as you want on top of it. Bake them at 350 degrees until the potatoes are fork tender, giving them a stir half way through. Salt & Pepper to taste.
