8 Egg yolks (beaten)
2 1/2 c. Cake Flour
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
3/4 c. Orange Juice
1 tsp. Vanilla

Sift dry ingredients five times. Bake at 350º for 18-20 minutes
