2/3 c. White Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 Eggs (separated)
3 Ripe bananas
3 1/2 T. Cornstarch
2 1/2 c. Milk
1 T. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cornstarch & salt in top of double boiler. Stir in cold milk. Cook over boiling water until thick. Cover & cook 15 minutes. Stir little hot mixture into slightly beaten egg yolks. Add to remaining mixture & cook 2 minutes. Cool, add vanilla & banana's. Put in Graham shell.
