3 1/2 c. Scalded Milk
1 c. White Sugar
1/2 c. Shortening
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. warm water to dissolve 3 cake yeasts in
7-8 c. Flour to make stiff enough dough to knead
3-4 c. Flour to use while kneading

Filling:
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. Pecan
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 lb. of Oleo or Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and place in greased pan and let rise.

Roll out into 2 rounds and spread with filling. Roll, cut and place on greased sheets.

Let rise 1 1/2 hr.

Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes
