4 c. Flour (sifted)
1 c. Butter
2 tsp. Salt
1 c. Sugar
1 Whole Egg
2 Egg Yolks
1 tsp. Baking Soda
4 T Milk
2 tsp. Vanilla

ICING
2 Egg Whites
4 tsp. Water
1 lb. of Powder Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter & salt( like a pie crust). Then add sugar, all eggs, soda (dissolved in milk) & vanilla. Roll out thin & cut into shapes. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets & bake @ 375º until slightly brown.

For Icing - Beat egg whites until stiff. Add water & then powdered sugar, beat & add vanilla. Divide & use different colors.
