Filling-
1 ½ cups sugar - 1 Tbsp. vinegar
½ cup margarine - 1 tsp. Vanilla
4 eggs, well beaten - 1 cup pecans

Pie Crust-
½ c. Wesson oil - 2 c. flour
¼ c. milk - 1 tsp. Salt

Filling -
Mix sugar with melted margarine, add eggs and mix well. Fold in pecans. Put in unbaked pie shell, bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees.

Crust -*
Mix Wesson oil and milk. Sift flour and salt together. Pour oil and milk mixture over flour. Mix well with fork until you can handle. Knead well, press into circle on wax paper. Put wax paper over dough and roll out.

* If you are in a hurry and want to make it easy, buy Pillsbury Pie Crust sticks. Unroll one crust and mold into pie pan. Continue with filling recipe.
