1lb Dried Baby Limas
3T. Salt
1/4c. Butter
3/4c. Brown Sugar (light)
1T. Dry Mustard
1T. Molasses
1c. Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight. Drain. Cover with fresh water, add 2 tsp. salt. Cook 45 minutes. Drain, rinse with hot water. Put in casserole. Dab on butter over hot beans. Mix in brown sugar, mustard, and remaining salt. Stir in molasses and pour over sour cream and mix. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours on 350º.
