Vanilla Ice Cream
Finely chopped pecans
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
Splash Rum
1/8 t. nutmeg and cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Make vanilla ice cream balls. Roll in pecans on wax paper.
Freeze ahead until ice cream balls are very hard!
Remove ice cream ball just before making sauce so that ice cream ball will soften just a little.
Heat brown sugar and butter. Add nutmeg, cinnamon and rum.
Heat until simmering. Pour over ice cream balls and serve.
