4 cups sliced celery
1 can water chestnuts
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 t. salt
8 oz. Velveeta Cheese-softened or melted

1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter/margarine

1 bag 3.5 oz. almonds (sliced or slivered) - Toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook celery in water until just tender. Drain.
Mix all ingredients except Ritz crackers, butter/marg. and almonds. Put ingredients into casserole. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted 1/2 stick butter. Spread evenly over casserole. Bake in 350 oven for 25-30 minutes until 'bubbly. Garnish with toasted almonds and bake additional 5 minutes.
