1 8 oz. package cream cheese
2 cups flour
2 sticks butter, softened
Filling:
3 eggs, beaten
4 cups chopped pecans
2 sticks melted butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º.
Pastry:
Mix well and divide into quarters, then make 12 small balls out of each quarter. Press into mini-muffin tins, first on the bottom and then up the side.
Set aside and mix the filling. Combine well and pour into the muffin tins, no more than 2/3rds full. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and store in container.
