2 Cups Buttermilk
1 Cup Dark Molasses
1 1/2 Cups Dark Corn Syrup
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Coarsely Chopped Nuts (Pecans, Walnuts, Choice)
1 Cup Raisins

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Grease and Flour two 1 pound Loaf Pans, then set aside.

Mix together well in a large mixing bowl, 2 Cups of BUTTERMILK, 1 Cup MOLASSES and 1/2 Cup of CORN SYRUP.

Now, mix together in another bowl, the All-Purpose FLOUR, BAKING SODA, SALT and WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR.

Slowly and thorough add in all of the FLOUR mixture to the BUTTERMILK mixture.

After everything is well mixed, add in the NUTS and RAISINS and blend together well.

Evenly pour the BATTER into the two prepared Pans and bake in the oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until done.

Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes, and then remove from the pan. Cool completely before slicing.
