6-8 potatoes
1 can of cheddar cheese soup
1 tbsp. dried parsley
2/3 can of milk
1 onion

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1/8 inch sliced potatoes in a buttered 10x13 pan.
Layer potatoes with a medium thinly sliced onion separated into rings.
Mix a can of Cheddar cheese soup with 2/3 can of milk and parsley.
Heat slightly and pour over potatoes.
(Best way is to pour sauce over one layer and then repeat)
Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer until lightly browned.
