3 cans northern beans with liquid
4 cups chopped cooked chicken - 1 rotisserie chicken
1 t olive oil
2 medium chopped onions
4 garlic cloves
2 cans green chilies, chopped
1 can kernel corn
2 1/2 t cumin
1 1/2 t oregano
1/2 t cayenne pepper
6 cups chicken broth - 1 large can
3 cups Monterey Jack cheese
1 bunch fresh cilantro
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil. then add green chilies and spices. Add mixture to chicken broth. Add shredded chicken, drained corn, and undrained beans. Bring to a boil and then simmer for an hour to the desired consistency. garnish with cheese, cilantro and sour cream.
