1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 large onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2-6oz cans tomato paste
8oz can tomato sauce
14 1/2 oz can of stewed tomatoes
1 T Italian seasoning
1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T sugar
1 t salt
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the beef in a large, heavy bottomed pot. Drain off the fat. Add the onion, green pepper, and garlic and sauté until the onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste, sauce, stewed tomatoes, seasonings, and water.
Simmer for 30 minutes.

It will keep several days in the refrigerate, or can be frozen..
