1 cup self rising flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 stick of butter
21/2 cups of fresh or canned berries, peaches or apples

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients
Stir in milk
Pour in melted butter
Spoon in fruit


Bake 350º for about 45 minutes

I cant remember who gave me this recipe, but it is so easy and works with just about any type of fruit.

if you use fresh fruit increase the milk to 1 cup
