3 cup all purpose flour
2 cup sugar
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
8oz. crush pineapple - do not drain
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups chopped bananas

Frosting

2-8oz cream cheese
1 cup softened margarine
2-16oz. 10x sugar, sifted
2 t vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Add eggs and oil
Stir until ingredients are moist. Don't beat
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas
Spoon into 3 9" cake pans
Bake 350º for approx. 25 min

Frosting
Combine cream cheese and margarine then add the other ingredients
