1 c mayo
1 c grated Parmesian cheese
1 T Dijon mustard
1 15 oz artichoke hearts drained and diced
1/2 t cayenne pepper
Paprika
Jalapeno slices - optional
Directions:
Directions:
combine first 5 ingredients and mix
spread evenly in low baking dish
sprinkle with paprika
Dot with jalapeno slices

Bake 350º til bubbly about 30 min
