6-8 boneless chicken breast
8 pieces swiss cheese
2 cans cream of chicken
2 cups mayo
1 large jar roasted roasted peppers
1/2 cup wine
butter
stove top stuffing
Directions:
Directions:
Lay chicken in pan
Lay swiss cheese over chicken
mix soup, mayo, wine and chopped peppers
pour mixture over cheese and chicken
drizzle butter
pour stuffing over top

Bake 1 hour at 350º
