2 cups frozen corn
3 beaten eggs
3 T melted butter
1 cup heavy cream
3 eggs whites beaten stiff
4 T grated swiss cheese
dash nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn, heavy cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper and beaten eggs.
Fold in egg whites and turn into buttered baking dish.
Top with grated swiss cheese.
Preheat oven to 300º and bake for 30 minutes.
Increase to 375º and cook for an additional 10m min to brown top.
