6 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup cream
4 medium bananas
1/4 cup Bacardi 151 Rum

6 - 8 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream, freeze in dessert bowls

Directions:

Melt butter and brown sugar in a skillet until they are bubbling and look like caramel.
Add cream and spices. Stir to combine and add bananas. Turn off burner.
Drizzle rum on top. Light and when the flames go out serve immediately over ice cream.
