2 quarts fresh spinach (torn into bite size pieces with stems removed)
1/2 medium size onion cut into thin rings
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
6 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced thin
6 slices bacon cooked crisp, reserve grease
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons bacon drippings

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt and dry mustard together in a small bowl.
Add lemon juice, ketchup, Worcestershire and bacon drippings.
Put the spinach and veggies into a bowl and chill until ready to serve.
Heat dressing in microwave until boiling. Pour over salad and serve immediately.
