8 eggs
1 lb. sausage slightly browned
6 slices of bread (torn into small pieces)
2 cups milk
1 t salt
1 cup cheddar cheese (sharp) grated
1 t dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Brown, drain and cool sausage. Mix eggs, salt, mustard, milk, bread, cheese and sausage. Pour in greased casserole dish (large) and refrigerate overnight.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake 350º for 45 minutes.
