1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 5-ounce can evaporated milk
1 7-ounce jar marshmallow crème
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 cups pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly butter a foil lined 9 X 9" pan and set aside.

Heat sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a heavy saucepan over medium heat until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 5 minutes. If using a candy thermometer, get the mixture to 234 degrees F.

Add marshmallow crème, vanilla and chocolate chips and stir until chips and marshmallow crème are melted. Add pecans and pour into greased foil lined pan.
Cool and cut.
