2 lb. Ground Deer
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. Garlic powder
1/2 t. Course ground pepper
1 T. Liquid Smoke
1 T. Mustard seed
2 T. Tender Quick
3/4 C. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Roll into 2 rolls. Sprinkle with coarse pepper. Wrap each roll in foil and refrigerate 24 hrs. Remove from foil and place on broiler pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hr. and 30 min. Wrap in foil and freeze to store.
