1-9 " Pie shell
1/2 C. Butter
2 C. Sugar
3 T. Flour
3 Eggs
1 C. Buttermilk
1 t. Vanilla
Dash nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Have butter soft, add sugar and cream together. Add flour and eggs, beat well. Stir in buttermilk, vanilla and nutmeg. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 45-50 min. Place on wire rack and cool completely before cutting.
You know the pie is fully cooked when, upon shaking, only a 2 inch diameter circle in the middle is the only part that jiggles.
