1 package active dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. warm water (105º - 115º F)
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water, with the sugar. Stir the dry ingredients and then add the yeast mixture. Beat vigorously about 20 strokes. Let rest about 5 minutes. Divide dough in halves. With floured fingers pat or roll each half into an 11-inch round circle on a lightly greased cookie sheet or pizza pan. Spread dough with your favourite pizza toppings. I use tomato paste with Italian seasonings. Cook at 425º F until lightly brown; about 20 to 25 minutes.
