2 pieces purchased Naan bread
1 cup Gruyere cheese, freshly grated
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 thinly sliced leek
3 slices cooked Bacon, crumbled or 1 cup thinly sliced fresh Gourmet Mushrooms
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
Olive oil

Toast naan on both sides under the broiler. Lightly brush naan with olive oil. Sauté leek in fry pan in a tablespoon of olive oil. Add mushrooms and cream and cook about two minutes more. Top naan with leeks, mushrooms, and bacon. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to broiler for 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

Rachael, Robert, and I had this wonderful light pizza when we were visiting Paris in July, 2013. I fixed French Pizza for Robert's 18th birthday, and Robert likes to fix it with a heavier serving of toppings. It's delicious!
