2 cups of whole milk
1 cup of heavy cream
Salt to taste
Fresh basil
1-1/2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil milk and heavy cream with salt until boiling.
Stir until curdled.
Pour in vinegar.
Stir. Once set, remove from heat.
Let sit about 20 - 30 minutes.
Drain through a strainer or cheese cloth

Serve with fresh basil and Italian bread
