1) 1 Cup Okra, Sliced
1 Large Green Tomato, Diced
1 Medium Onion, Finely Diced
1 Large Yellow Squash, Sliced
1 Zucchini Squash, Sliced
1 Each Small Red and Green Bell Peppers, Chopped
2 Cups Diced Potatoes
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt -to taste

Directions:

1) In large skillet heat 1/3 Cup Cooking Oil. Roll Okra and Green Tomato in Cornmeal, and add to oil. Add Onion. Fry until done, then drain and set aside. Roll Yellow and Zucchini Squashes in Flour, fry then drain and add to Okra and Green Tomato. Fry Potatoes, Onion, Red and Green Bell Peppers until done.

2) Add back the Okra and Squashes. Cook on low heat until well blended. Drain and season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Salt to taste. Serve hot.
