1 pkg dry yeast
1 1/2 cup warm water
4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in warm water. Add the rest of the ingredients. Kneed until soft and smooth.
Roll out small portions of dough into a long rope, then into a pretzel shape.
Brush the tops with beaten egg, and sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake at 350º for about 15 minutes or until done.
