1 lb. raw shrimp
1/4 lb butter, + 1 Tblsp olive oil
2 Tblsp Worchester sauce
1 Tblsp ground black pepper
1 tsp ground rosemary
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp Tobasco sauce
1 clove garlic, minced (I use 2 or 3 cloves)
2 Tblsp finely chopped onion
2 Tblsp Crab-Boil spices
2 Tblsp bacon pieces (cooked,crumbled)
lemon juice (at the end)

Directions:
Directions:
In a 12" oven-safe frying pan, melt butter+oil.
Fry garlic and onions a bit, then stir in other ingredients.
Make sure the shrimp is coated with the sauce and either:
-bake in a 400º oven for 15-20 minutes or so, stirring at 8 minutes, (the best way I think)
or-
-continue to cook (just to pink) in the stove.
At the end, sprinkle the conflation with lemon juice.
Serve with dipping bread.
